Shipping Information
Amotea ships orders in Italy, within the European Union, to the United Kingdom, the United States and selected non-EU destinations.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received by 11:00 AM CET are usually prepared and handed over to the courier by the end of the same working day. Orders received after 11:00 AM CET will be processed on the following working day.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping service and any customs procedures that may apply.

Delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, promotional campaigns or due to circumstances beyond Amotea’s control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, the United States and other Extra-EU destinations, customs duties, import taxes and local charges may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Amotea is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or by local authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information, where available. Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after the courier has collected the parcel.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. Amotea is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to Amotea because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of the package, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Important Notice
Amotea commits to preparing and handing over orders to the courier according to the processing times stated above. However, final delivery times depend on the courier service and destination country and cannot be guaranteed.
